Testing for 220 potential food antigens

Did you know that symptoms from food sensitivities, such as an upset stomach, bloating, brain fog, fatigue or headaches, can appear hours or even days after eating? That’s why The Pharmacy Lab is excited to offer the RMA FST™ IgG Food Sensitivity test, which identifies up to 222 different foods that might be causing these delayed reactions and helps you pinpoint and  manage your sensitivities more effectively.

When exposed to specific foods, the immune system produces antibodies in response to components known as antigens or allergens. There are two main types of antibodies: IgE (immunoglobulin E), which triggers immediate allergic reactions, and IgG (immunoglobulin G), which is associated with delayed food sensitivities.

The RMA FST™ IgG Food Sensitivity Test measures IgG antibodies against various foods, helping to identify delayed reactions such as fatigue, skin rashes, or digestive issues. The RMA FST™ IgG Food Sensitivity Test is available from The Pharmacy Lab and requires only a few drops of blood. After 7-10 days, we will receive your results and assist you in determining the next steps for your care plan.

This test is available in three panels: Enhanced (over 200 foods), Vegetarian (160 plant-based foods), and Basic (125 commonly reactive foods).  See complete list of the antigens tested.
