Cancellation Policy
To receive the COVID19 vaccine, patients are kindly requested to bring their health card for registration purposes. A consent form will need to be signed during the check-in process. Additionally, a brief post-vaccination observation period of 15 minutes is required to ensure any potential adverse reactions are promptly addressed. Lastly, please be advised that vaccine availability is subject to supply, and eligibility criteria set out by the Ontario government. Efforts will be made to accommodate all eligible individuals seeking immunization.
