Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Standard Shipping: We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping within Ontario. A $19.95 flat shipping rate applies to B.C and a $15 flat shipping rate applies to all other provinces . All domestic orders on purchases over $100 will receive free shipping. Standard Shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days.

 

Express Shipping: We offer $24.95 flat rate shipping within Canada. Express Shipping typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1101 Queen St E, Toronto, ON. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping only to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are currently only offering standard shipping for international orders. Orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Pharmacy Lab is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
