  1. Wash hands thoroughly before handling the cup.
  2. Fold the cup into a comfortable insertion shape. Bfree recommends the punch-down fold.
  3. Relax the pelvic muscles and gently insert the folded cup.
  4. Release the fold once inserted and allow the cup to open fully.
  5. Check around the base to ensure the cup has completely opened and formed a seal.
  6. Wear for up to 12 hours, depending on menstrual flow.
  7. To remove, wash hands, gently break the seal, and carefully remove the cup.
  8. Empty, rinse with clean water, and reinsert as needed.
