  1. Wash and dry hands before use.
  2. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
  3. Peel away the backing and position the pad securely inside underwear.
  4. Fold the wings around the sides of the underwear and press firmly into place.
  5. Change every 4 to 6 hours, or more frequently depending on your flow and individual needs.
  6. Wrap the used pad and dispose of it appropriately. Do not flush down the toilet.
