Ingredients ▸

Absorbent core, safety veil/protective layer, and cord made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Recyclable paper wrapper.

How to Use ▸

Wash and dry hands before use.
Remove the tampon from its protective wrapper.
Unwrap the string, pull it firmly, and check that it is securely attached.
Place the index finger into the hollow at the base of the tampon.
Relax and gently insert the tampon at a comfortable angle.
Push the tampon into place until it feels comfortable, leaving the string outside the body.
Remove and replace the tampon according to your flow and the directions on the product packaging.
Wrap the used tampon and dispose of it in the garbage. Do not flush.

Important: Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your menstrual flow and follow the package directions regarding maximum wear time and Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
