  1. Apply liberally to the lips 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  2. Reapply at least every 2 hours.
  3. Use a water-resistant sunscreen when swimming or sweating.

Sun Protection: Limit time in the sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and use additional sun-protective measures such as protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses.
