1. PREP

• Exfoliate before use (preferably 24 hours prior) with NUDA’s Body Exfoliant and Exfoliating Mitt.
• Do not exfoliate, wash, or shave the skin on the day of application.
• Avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or lotions.

2. APPLY

• Dispense 1–2 pumps per area onto a Tanning Mitt.
• Apply to skin one area at a time using upward circular motions until evenly blended.
• Wait 5 minutes before getting dressed.
• Rinse off after 6 hours. Your tan will continue developing for up to 12 hours after rinsing.

3. APRÈS SUNLESS

• Wear dark-colored, loose-fitting clothing.
• Wait at least 6 hours before rinsing, showering, or applying other products.
• Moisturize daily with NUDA’s Body Cream to maintain and prolong your tan.
• Avoid hair removal and exfoliation while your tan lasts.
