1. PREP

Exfoliate before use (preferably 24 hours prior) with NUDA’s Body Exfoliant and Exfoliating Mitt.
Do not exfoliate, wash, or shave the skin the day of application.
Avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or lotions.

2. APPLY

Dispense 1–2 pumps per area onto the Tanning Mitt.
Apply to skin one area at a time in upward circular motions until evenly blended.
Wait 5 minutes before getting dressed.
This product should be rinsed off after 6 hours. Your tan will continue to develop, with full effect in 12 hours even when rinsed off.

3. APRÈS SUNLESS

Wear dark-colored and loose-fitted clothing.
Wait 1–6 hours before rinsing, showering, or applying other products.
Moisturize daily with the Body Cream to prolong and maintain the tan.
Avoid hair removal and exfoliation for the duration of the result.
