Designed with inspiration from both Chinese and Indonesian skin-care rituals, this multi-purpose tool features four distinct edges: the long side for sculpting facial curves and draining fluid; the heart-shaped side for contouring and easing tension; the pointy side for acupressure around eyes and pressure points; and the teeth/rigid side to enhance circulation and address fascia for plumper, youthful-looking skin.
The tool measures approximately 11.5 cm × 5 cm and is crafted in natural jade stone (so colour may vary).
How to Use
Facial Oil
Apply facial oil to your face, neck, and chest to ensure the Gua Sha tool glides smoothly without causing irritation or tugging.
Chest And Neck
Begin at your chest and move upwards towards your neck to stimulate blood flow and activate lymphatic channels, allowing fluid to flow more freely from the face down towards the body.
Jawline
Using the heart-shaped side of the Gua Sha, gently glide it along your jawline in an upward motion towards your ears.
Cheeks
Using the long side of the Gua Sha, move to your cheeks and scrape in an upward and outward motion towards your ears. The long side contours the natural curves of your cheekbones.
Eye Area
Use the pointy side of the Gua Sha to gently glide in a circular motion around the eyes.
Forehead
Use the teeth or rigid side of the Gua Sha to gently scrape in an upward motion towards your hairline. Repeat several times, moving slowly across your forehead.
Drain
Finish by moving down from your neck towards your clavicle to help drain lymphatic fluid. Repeat this motion several times on each side.
