1. Start with clean skin and apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to reduce friction.
2. Using gentle pressure, glide the gua sha along the contours of the face in upward and outward motions:
- Cheeks: from center of face outward toward hairline.
- Jawline: from chin toward earlobe.
- Brow/Forehead: from center outward and up.
- Under-eyes: light strokes outward from inner to outer corner.
3. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times per area. Clean tool after use with mild soap and water; dry thoroughly.
